The Buffet was average food-wise, but a good value for the hungry. The Backstage Grill coffee shop was a better value with large portions and good service from Susan. I thought the 360 steakhouse views were great, the waiter was friendly and the food was well below average for the cost. The toilet emitted 2 high-pitched squeals per flush. Housekeeping during the stay was bare minimum-bed made, but not neatly, towels changed out, sometimes glasses disappeared or simply remained where they were left and I always leave a tip for the housekeepers. The room was clean at check-in and quiet (again, no outside concert). Front desk person was not friendly and did not smile. Valet service was free other than tip, of course, and was efficient. There is no bell service but you can borrow a bell cart from the desk labeled Bell/Valet. I'd recommend asking about the events when booking your room. I am thankful there was no event scheduled. The room on the first floor was directly by the outdoor concert venue stage and facing west toward Omaha. We stayed at Harrahs over Memorial Day weekend.
